Yes, finally it’s all about Edith.

About damn time.

And I have shipping her and Sir Anthony since he was first introduced. (I actually cared more about them breaking up than Mary and Matthew breaking up at the end of Season One.)

The scene where they’re driving around together…and when he says he has two tickets to the opera, and Mary’s all “Sorry, I can’t go.” And he just says “Actually, I was going to invite Edith.”

I literally screamed in joy.

And now they’re getting MARRIED.

I know, right ?

I’ve also loved them since season 1 (and Matthew/Mary leaves me pretty indifferent). It’s so wonderful to finally (finally !) see them get together like this.

Again, why does everyone think Anthony is going to die?
