“Do you feel safe, son?”
“No. I’m frightened.”
“…I’m not.”
His face is so much like Gold in the first picture, and yet so different… It’s traumatizing, thinking that this sweet, shy man that gave money to a beggar though being himself extremely poor later became the devious Dark One.
And yet, what makes the character so interesting is that he really didn’t change that much. Underneath the manic giggles, the machiavellic plans, the ruthless bastard, this sensitive person still exist, at the the core of his personnality.
He is so layered… And that’s what I love most in him. He’s just a really realistic, flawed and complex character.

Just ended rewatching Elfen Lied with my brother (it was the first time for him :D)
I had forgotten how traumatizing the end was. Kurama and his daughter…Even the second time it’s impossible not to cry.

Largely due to the excellent music though. The soundtrack is really beautiful.
And my brother is such a shipper, I fear I contaminated him. First Rumbelle, then he cheered like the craziest fanboy ever at the Lucy/Kouta kiss.

I’m proud of my bro :D
Oh and also I definitely want the Lilium music box. That’s all. Because of reasons.
So, afternoon well spent.

They call us pork chops, huh?
Soooo…my country is a huge BBQ?
lol Calonari, I didn’t know that.
If I do the same thing with “why are french…”, I get :
“Why are french people so rude”
“why are french people called frogs”
“why are french women so thin”

Oh well. There are clichees for every country.
Pork chops and frogs FTW ! \o/
